Full body: For those looking for full body massage with time allotted to each body part.
Upper body: For those suffering from headaches and/or pain, tightness, or other symptoms in the neck, chest, mid back, shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers.
Lower body: For those suffering from pain, tightness, or other symptoms in the lower back, hips, groin, legs, feet, and toes.
Each option above is up to 1 hour with upper body and lower body allowing time for dry needling if that is selected. If dry needling is desired with the full body option, then an additional 30min is required and applicable rates will be applied.
